This here is a list of all the unfinished business that I have either been too lazy to get around to, too stubborn to finished, or too preoccupied with the stresses of school. As well as things that i need to remind myself from time to time. Lately I feel like I need to find a balance with all the components of my life. School’s my number one priority and it will be my number one priority until I graduate and make a name for myself. However, I feel like it has been taking over my life. and smothering me. I think the main reason for all this is because my primary focus has been on succeeding and meeting or surpassing “other” people’s expectations of me (this here is the perfectionist in me).
I need to reevaluate. I need to bring the focus back on me, HOLISTICALLY. and remember all the things that made me a happier and healthier person in the past.
1. Draw/Paint/Create more
2. Be more Active
3. Take care of real world stuff (tickets, finances, car maintenance)
4. Be more responsible and independent (from bf and parents)
5. Follow a systematic schedule includ. school, rest, family, bf.. throughout the week
6. Be better at keeping in touch with friends
7. Staying true to my word. Following through
8. Devise plans for graduation and job hunting
9. Stop complaining!
10. Keep my room clean and do not procrastinate chores
11. Be better to my parents and sister (give my sister more attention)
12. Organize my records
13. Keep an optimistic and ambitious attitude
14. Visit my grandma more
15. Balancing my bf with all the above
